Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center Parking Garage

Industria was selected as the General Contractor for the ground up construction of the new 65,700 Square Feet (SF) parking garage consisting of three (3) levels and approximately 213 parking spaces with the ability to be expanded to a total of 7 levels and 875 total parking spaces. Work included complete site utilities, paving and restoration of surface parking, installation of electrical vehicle charging stations, as well as an elevator serving each level. Additionally, this project was constructed adjacent to an existing, occupied, and fully functional VA health care facility, which required special attention to pedestrian and vehicular traffic control, as well as consideration for noise and dust control measures.
