Krannert Center for the Performing Arts – Roof Replacement

Replacement of the existing single ply roofing system with a new single ply PVC roofing system at the Great Hall Theater. This included new vapor barrier, insulation, coverboard, perimeter conditions, and flashings required to make a complete, contemporary water-tight installation as shown in the documents and with the warranty indicated. Work also included replacement of clay tile and underlayment at the adjacent walls, new drain locations and piping, drain replacement, ladder mounted fall arrest system, new roof hatch, and replacement and expansion of the lightning projection system.
